Today I share with you a super delicious and nutrient-rich breakfast, great for any day of the week and really easy to take to work. Simply soak the chia seeds and oats in yogurt for a few hours until softened (or overnight), and top with gogi berries, blueberries, nuts, seeds and cinnamon. If you’re taking it to work, make the porridge in a jar and just toss it in your bag. I love the consistency of this thick and creamy porridge, especially with all of the great textures created by the chia seeds and crunchy nuts. And it’s packed with healthy fats, protein, omega 3’s and antioxidants – Happy Monday!
